There where spotless & air conditioned rooms with sofas, nice toiletries plus bedrooms.

The room was spacious and recently upgraded, with pleasant-smelling products, a large, comfortable bed, and a sofa. the location was fantastic, situated downhill for a lovely setting.

This place is clean and relaxing, and the staff is really good and pleasant, led by a timely manager. The room is a decent size and recently upgraded, with a pleasant view of the lake. 🌅

Peaceful and gorgeous surroundings in a pretty decent location close to the golf course. the continental breakfast serves up some seriously tasty food. 🌟

The location was stunning, close enough to the "4 star" restaurant, lovely light, and Warwick Castle. Also, it was within 5 minutes by car from St Luke.

Great-sized and recently upgraded room with a sofa as expected. Lots of well presented options for meal. Location close to the restaurant overlooking the lake, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon and other attractions and Birmingham airport.  

Marvellous location in Claverdon close to a platform, and a restaurant which describes itself as fine dining. Good-sized and recently upgraded rooms, nice views of the lake. Good hot breakfast options.
